1. Who we are
One Jump Inc. ("One Jump", "we", "us") is a Delaware corporation. We sell the One Jump Financial Document API, AI agents and custom machine-learning services to businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information from our website at onejumpinc.com, our forms, scheduling and payments, our services, and our mobile apps.
We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for cross-site advertising.
2. What we collect
Because we sell to businesses, most of what we collect is business contact information you give us.
- Lead and order forms. Your name, work email, company, role and segment, what you want to do, your timeline, and your message. Order forms also collect your company's legal name, country and website, billing and technical contacts, a purchase-order number if you have one, and a description of the documents and workflow you plan to use.
- Scheduling. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and any answers you give, and shares them with us.
- Payments. Card and bank payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the payment status, amount and your billing details; we never see your full card number.
- Email. Form submissions and our automated replies are delivered through Resend. When you email us, we keep the correspondence.
- Hosting and delivery logs. Our hosting and network providers (Vercel and Cloudflare) record technical data such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
- Fonts and libraries. Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and code libraries from public content networks, which receive your IP address and browser details when your browser requests them.
- Our CRM. We record leads, conversations and orders in our customer-relationship tool so we can follow up.
- Analytics, only if enabled. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we turn on website analytics, it will be aggregate and cookieless, and we'll name the provider here first.
3. Customer documents processed through the API
Summary — your signed order form and DPA govern
Documents and questions you send to the API, and the answers it returns, are processed on your behalf to provide the service to you. They are governed by your order form and, for Enterprise, your data processing agreement (DPA).
- Used only to provide the service to you.
- Never used to improve the service for another customer.
- Retained as set in your order form, and deleted on request when your term ends.
The data flow for each deployment option, including any service providers involved, is in the security pack. See Trust: your data.
4. How we use information
- To reply to your inquiry, schedule calls and send the materials you ask for.
- To verify your business, process your order and payment, issue keys and provide the services you've licensed.
- To send service, billing and security notices.
- To keep the site and services secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to enforce our agreements.
- To send occasional business updates to customers and prospects who've been in touch. You can opt out at any time.
5. Sharing with service providers
We share personal information only with providers that help us run the business, under terms that limit their use of it to providing their service to us:
- Stripe — payments.
- Resend — email delivery for forms and automated replies.
- Calendly — call scheduling.
- Vercel and Cloudflare — hosting, delivery and security.
- Our email, document and CRM providers — business correspondence and records.
We also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect the rights, property or safety of One Jump, our customers or others, and in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy. The sub-processors for customer documents are listed in the DPA, shared under NDA.
6. Retention
We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as they're useful to the business relationship, and order, payment and tax records for as long as the law requires. Hosting logs are kept for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Customer documents are retained as set in your order form. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Delete your information, subject to records we must keep.
- Opt out of business updates at any time.
- Receive your information in a portable format.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, you can ask to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; ask us to correct or delete it; and you won't be treated differently for exercising these rights. We don't sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we don't use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you.
To make a request, email info@onejumpinc.com. We'll verify the request and respond within the time the law requires. An authorized agent can make a request on your behalf with your written permission. If your request concerns documents your employer sent through the API, we'll refer it to your employer, which controls that data.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and logged access. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security. We don't claim certifications we don't hold — ask us for current status.
To report a vulnerability, email security@onejumpinc.com or see our security.txt.
9. International transfers
We're based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws differ from yours. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.
10. Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets that age. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.
11. Mobile apps
This policy also covers One Jump apps published on the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you use one of our apps, we may collect:
- Account details you provide, such as name, email address and username, and any profile information or content you choose to add.
- Messages you send us, such as support requests and feedback.
- Device information, such as device model, operating-system version and device identifiers.
- Usage and log data, such as features used, time of use, IP address and crash reports.
We use app data to run, maintain and improve the app, manage your account, respond to you, and keep the app secure. The sharing, retention, rights and security sections above apply to app data too. You can ask us to delete your app account and its data at any time.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version on this page with its date, and for material changes we'll take reasonable steps to let customers know.
