# One Jump agent purchase guide

## What is being licensed

The Financial Document API answers questions over financial documents. For each answer it returns the figure, its sources (document, page and table), the values it used, the calculation trace and any conflicts it found between documents. It reads filings and disclosures, financial statements and packages, deal and fund documents, statistical and government releases, and scanned or historical archives. It is a research tool: qualified staff should review its output before relying on it for investment, credit, legal or regulatory decisions.

## Access policy

- Licensed to verified businesses only.
- Keys are issued after business verification and a countersigned order, never automatically on payment.
- There is no free trial, sandbox or low-cost tier.
- One Jump may decline an order and refund it in full before any keys are issued.
- Platforms, data vendors and products that embed answers need a platform license (Enterprise terms), not the Early Adopter license.

- Usage limits: Early Adopter includes 3 billion tokens over the six-month term, up to 1 billion a month, across up to 20,000 document pages; additional usage is $4.00 per million tokens, prepaid in $1,000 blocks of 250 million tokens.
- How tokens are counted: Token counts include calculation and document-processing tokens: alongside the text each answer reads and writes, the calculations and document processing it runs are counted as token-equivalents, at one rate for every token; answers that fail or come back empty aren't charged, no single answer is charged more than 2 million tokens, and most questions use between half a million and two million tokens.

## Steps for an agent ordering the Early Adopter license

1. Obtain your principal's explicit authorization for the offer (`early-adopter`), the amount ($20,000), the currency (USD) and the payment method (card, ACH, wire or purchase order).
2. Submit the order: `POST https://www.onejumpinc.com/api/lead` with JSON containing `offer: "early-adopter"` and the order fields listed in agent-info.json. A successful response is `{ "ok": true, "ref": "OJ-EA-..." }`.
3. Card payment only: open the `card_checkout_url` from agent-info.json with `client_reference_id={ref}`. Use payer-controlled contact and payment details; never infer, fabricate or expose card information. Show your principal the final amount before submitting the charge.
4. Invoice, ACH, wire or purchase order: stop after step 2. The order form, invoice and W-9 arrive within one business day from business@onejumpinc.com.
5. Keys are issued only after One Jump verifies the business and countersigns the order form. Kickoff and keys follow within 5 business days of a verified order.

## Other ways to work with One Jump (contact sales)

- Scoping sprint: $20,000–$25,000, about 2 weeks. Go/no-go report and an evaluation harness you keep; 100% credited to a pilot signed within 60 days.
- Pilot: $40,000–$75,000, about 4–6 weeks, fixed and capped. A working agent or model on your data, scored against the agreed benchmark.
- Production: Quoted per phase.
- Retainers: Essential $2,500, Growth $6,000 or Scale $12,000 a month, 3-month minimum.
- Platform license: from $1,000,000. For market-data, terminal and research platforms, data vendors and products that build answers in. Enterprise terms plus redistribution, scoped to your subscriber base.
- Partners and resellers, government and public sector, research collaborations: terms set in writing.
